Parent and Caregiver Support Services
Individualized support services for parents and caregivers of children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent needs. Caregiver support focuses on helping families better understand neurodivergence, emotional regulation, sensory differences, communication styles, executive functioning challenges, and behavioral patterns through a compassionate and neurodiversity-informed approach.
Services are designed to provide practical education, guidance, and strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family system. Support may include assistance with managing challenging behaviors, improving parent-child communication, understanding emotional dysregulation, navigating school concerns, developing routines and structure, reducing family stress, and strengthening overall relationships within the home environment.
Fisher Therapy recognizes that caring for a neurodivergent individual can feel overwhelming, especially when traditional parenting approaches are ineffective or increase conflict. Support services aim to help caregivers feel more confident, informed, and equipped with practical tools that promote understanding, connection, and long-term success for both the individual and the family as a whole.
